At Thriveable, we believe in providing therapy that is focused on what’s truly best for your child rather than having to follow restrictions set by insurance companies. For this reason, we do not work with insurance companies or submit claims to insurance on behalf of our clients. We provide superbills for families to submit on their own for possible reimbursement, and we also accept private pay and the Family Empowerment Scholarship.
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made through our online payment portal by credit card*, by cash, or by personal check. We can provide you with an invoice for each session and monthly statements if requested.
*credit card processing fee of 2.9% plus 60 cents
Access the online payment portal here.
If you have out-of-network insurance coverage, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer after your payment is made. Please note that we cannot guarantee reimbursement. We can also provide you with superbill information ahead of time if you'd like to check with your insurer first. For HSA/FSA users, funds can be used directly or for reimbursement.

The Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES) for Students with Unique Abilities is available to students ages 3-22 with a specific diagnosis, including speech and language impairments. Worth an average of $10,000 annually, it provides families with an Education Savings Account (ESA) to use for therapies and other services.
